Research on Passenger Flow Control Plans for a Metro Station Based on Social Force Model

To better utilise the service capacity of limited facilities a metro station, as well ensure safety and transport efficiency during peak hours, large passenger flow control plan is studied through theoretical analysis numerical simulation. Firstly, by data collection analysis, characteristics inbound outbound T station are analysed. Secondly, AnyLogic evacuation simulation models for Station hours without/with established based on real structures layouts using software. The results show that there no obvious congestions in hall, travel delay significantly reduced when effective measures taken. By controlling speed, direction movement path passengers, adjusting operation escalators, entrances automatic ticket-checking machines, can become more orderly, also be improved, congestion mitigated.
